Centralization of System Control.

With a completely redesigned architecture, Faronics Core 3 has become an even more powerful and flexible platform. The software offers various management features that can be tailored to each organization through centralized control of all other Faronics solutions.

Faronics Core is basically divided into four sections:

Core Console: Interface section;

Core Server: Logical Server Section;

Core Database: Database Section;

Core Client / Agent: Workstation section.

Core Console

It's the user interface (UI), built on Microsoft's MMC3 technology, used to manage and control servers and clients. A single Core Console can connect to multiple Core Servers and Agents, and, depending on the size of your organization, it also allows for the configuration of most other consoles.

Core Server

It executes task processing and communication between Agents and the Console, in addition to controlling:

Behavior of actions and tasks;

Customized Agent Groups;

Scheduled tasks;

Historical;

LDAP credentials.

Core Database

Through the database, it is possible to save a list of all connected Agents and their respective information, using Microsoft SQL Server technology. Among the recoverable information, we can find:

List of Agents;

Core Agent Information;

IP, MAC Address, domain and subnet;

Operating system of each Agent;

Users and permissions.
