WinCAM NDVI It is an image analysis software that can perform various types of measurements, most of them color or NDVI-related (CAM = Color Area Meter). For multiple objects or scenes, it can quantify color clusters of interest, measure object morphology and classify objects based on color content, quantify color uniformity or aggregation, perform profilometry analysis (color variation across road lines), and measure spectral vegetation indices (indices such as NDVI, ENDVI, EVI).

WinCELL is an image analysis software program specifically designed for wood cell analysis. It can quantify changes in wood structure in annual rings.

Anatomical analysis of wood cells is an alternative to X-ray wood density analysis (as performed with WinDENDRO). The density, color, mechanical, and chemical properties of wood are actually related to the wood structure, which in turn is related to the climate. By measuring the size of the radial cells (tracheids), their distribution, and their proportion to the walls, wood quality can be assessed.

WinDENDRO was designed specifically for dendrometrists and dendrochronologists looking for an accurate and efficient way to measure the annual width of tree rings and other related parameters (minimum, maximum and average density, earlywood width and more).

WinDENDRO can analyze tree rings from wood discs, cores, X-ray films and images produced by filmless digital X-ray systems. The above scanners are for illustrative purposes, they do not correspond to the models sold with WinDENDRO.

WinFOLIA It is a computer image analysis system that accurately performs morphological measurements on broad leaves. It includes image acquisition hardware (scanner or digital camera and accessories) and software, WinFOLIA, developed specifically for leaf area, morphology, and disease analysis. Different configurations are offered based on the measurement, speed, accuracy, and portability.

WinRHIZO is an image analysis system specifically designed for measuring roots of various shapes. It can analyze morphology (length, area, volume), topology, architecture, and color. It consists of software and image acquisition components that can be combined to meet different needs and budgets.

WinRHIZO Tron and Tron MF These are handheld root measurement programs that allow you to analyze images from minirizotron underground video camera systems or other sources that don't always offer good contrast between roots and their background. The main differences between the two versions of Tron are:

  • WinRHIZO TRON analyzes one frame (image) at a time;
  • WinRHIZO TRON MF analyzes multiple frames simultaneously (MF = multi-frame).

WinSCANOPY is a digital image analyzer for solar radiation and canopy analysis that measures leaf area index (LAI), gap fraction, canopy openness, site factors, NDVI, and more. It operates from hemispherical images taken with a digital camera and a fisheye lens or from cover images with a narrower angle of view. It is available as standalone software or as a complete system offered in different versions ranging from low-cost and compact to high-accuracy and full-featured. It can be used in the laboratory, at remote locations, or in the field on ultraportable computers running a Windows operating system.

WinSEEDLE It is an image analysis system specifically designed for the analysis of diseases and morphology of needles and seeds.

WinSEEDLE It is available in two different versions, Regular and Pro.
