In all companies, from small to large, I notice that HR structures are aligning themselves with the same challenges, mainly in the context of a pandemic. While giant companies have clearly expressed concerns about corporate happiness and human development, smaller companies are also seeking to implement these issues and some solutions for their smaller public.

A strategy focused on people remains active and growing, mainly at all scales. Among the challenges is to train people, who are not on a firm path, even though they are distant from the reality of other countries.

In large HR events, we find a considerable volume of solutions that involve technology, rather than supporting segments such as human resources provision, people monitoring and benefit payments, some of which involve training operations.

After many years accompanying the main formats of digital content, I realize that few products have brought new developments at the level of speed and needs of users, many of them in the area of Training and Development. Among the main challenges, in more than 100 hours of talking with HR clients from all segments, he found a main one: O TEMPO.

HR does not have the time to produce digital content to train collaborators. Many of us who are on the front line of production also take care of climate, employment, trainee and employee evaluation programs. The Instructional Designer becomes an HR officer with new concerns.

And how to build content, if we don't have time? The reason: HR time now manages to build an e-learning with all the resources without the support of programmers, graphic designers and quality managers. Receiving pages of content from the client/validator and this will automatically transform into insights, developed topics, constructed blocks, elaborated quizzes and automatic videos, speeds up at a level alleviating the production of training, preventing us, designers, busy with additional activities and responsibilities, from not needing to start em a blank paper, in the same way that it was possible to write this article.

When a product surgically addresses the user's needs, I get the reason for so much anxiety. The client may also hear that the delivery time is reduced and a pleasant result is still obtained for the participant, clearly as a technological tool can support not only strategically, but operationally the hectic HR environment. What used to be a problem that was solved with many investments, is an investment that solves not only HR, but all the training needs of a company.
